The alternative history module manifesto
These blueprints show the leels and stanadars that we should hold ourselves to as architects. What we should strive to avoid and most importantly endeavor to achieve. Only when we can utalise these new sustainable principles may we mentally call ourselves a fully fledged architect. If we continue to be only reactive to changes in the world we shall wait for it to get worse before we introduce change. Heat will keep rising and we shall keep fighting with air conditioners untill we can no longer. Instead of being reactive we must therfore be proactive, designing for the change ahead. We already know what will happen in global emmissions rise and global warming continues. Before this happens we must proactivly mitigate the situation. Not by reactivly building flood deffense but by proactively attempting to stop flooding happening in the first place through sustainable practice.
